Shipping is free for all of our products (in the continental United States). The size of the item ordered will determine the shipping method we use. The preferred shipping method for each item is listed on each product's description page. Once your order has shipped, depending on the item ordered, you will be given a tracking number or we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Smaller items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
Mid-sized items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or freight. If you live in a location where a signature is required for your item to be left, please let us know. We do not require a signature to leave your item.
Larger items Depending on your location, we will either ship your item via freight or deliver your item personally (by a blanket wrapper that works directly for us who provides white-glove delivery*).
*White-glove delivery provides in-home delivery and light assembly (if needed) as well as removal of all packaging materials. Although you may opt out of this type of delivery, we do recommend this choice in the rare event that your item is damaged. In preparation for your delivery, be sure the location for your item is completely clear and ready for placement. Driveways, doorways, halls and stairs should be made clear for your piece and delivery employees to pass through.
For all delivery methods: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item for damage and order accuracy immediately after delivery. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us within three days. On rare occasions, items arrive damaged. If that occurs, click here for instructions.
We ship smaller items to Canada. Mid to Large items will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All Canadian orders should be placed by phone only.
We offer a 20% discount on orders that are picked up from our warehouse location in Bechtelsville, PA. If you prefer this option, please call us at (888) 308-3048 to place your order. We will contact you when your order is ready to schedule a pick-up time. When choosing this option, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have enough loading help to move the item and providing padding or moving blankets to prevent damage to the item as your order will not be packaged. Local customers can request a personal delivery from our warehouse for a $150 delivery fee.
Please open package & inspect thoroughly within 2 days of receiving item. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective or not-as- pictured/described, please click here for instructions. We will replace the defective part or the entire product to meet our quality standards. We will not, however, accept returns based on customer error. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is correct, including size, color, hardware, etc. If you did make an ordering error, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct the problem before construction begins on your product.
Your order may be canceled within 3 days of placement for a full refund. We process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been submitted to the builder, cancellation may not be possible.
