You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged part or the entire product as needed. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom made to order items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
