Shipping, Pick-Up, Returns, and Cancellations
At Rustic Red Door Co., we want to create the best furniture shopping experience for you. From the quality of our furniture to our customer service, we want you to know exactly what you can expect.
Shipping and Delivery Methods
Shipping is included with your purchase of all products in the continental United States. Your item(s) size will determine the shipping method we use.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be given a tracking number or we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Smaller to Mid-sized items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

Furniture Delivery is carried out by a blanket wrap service that provides white-glove delivery*.

We offer in-home delivery, light assembly (if needed), and removal of all packaging materials. In preparation for your delivery, be sure the location for your item is completely clear and ready for placement. Driveways, doorways, halls, and stairs should be made clear for your piece and delivery employees to pass through and assemble.
Shipping Outside the Continental US
We ship smaller items to Canada. Mid to Large sized items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. These orders should be placed by phone only.
Warehouse Pick-up
We offer lower prices at our warehouse location in Perkiomenville, PA. If you prefer this option, please call us at (610) 672-6454 or stop by our store. If you order by phone, we will contact you when your order is ready.
When choosing the option to pick up, you are responsible for providing padding or moving blankets to prevent damage to the item as it is transported. Local customers can request a personal delivery from our warehouse for an additional fee.
Returns
Please inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon receipt for damages.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged part or the entire product, as needed. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom made-to-order items cannot be returned.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

It must also be returned in the original box and protective packaging (bubble wrap / Styrofoam, as applicable).

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Cancellations
Contact us if you would like to cancel your order through our Customer Service. Order cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been submitted to the builder, cancellation may not be possible.
