Design

One of our furniture designers will personally reach out by phone or email to walk you through your options—from wood types and finishes to dimensions and more. After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed and accurate quote.

Deliver

Once the design details are confirmed, our master woodworkers will begin crafting your piece with heirloom-level care. Custom orders may take up to 18 weeks to deliver, but our customers agree—it’s worth the wait.

Do you have a local warehouse?

We have a 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse/showroom in Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania. Stop by for a visit! (We also sell online and offer free shipping to the lower 48 states.)

Not local to our showroom or unable to stop by? We're happy to create a personalized online shopping experience for you! Upon request, we will send additional pictures or videos of your item of interest. We can also connect via Facetime, Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet to show you whatever product details you need to make an informed decision before you purchase. What kind of office furniture do you customize?

We customize desks, office decor, reception desks and podiums, bookcases, benches for your waiting room, chairs and more.

Not sure if we customize what you're looking for? Ask us! We've created other custom residential and commercial projects including live edge bar tops, barnwood trim, countertops, cabinetry, and barnwood walls.

How long does it take to create custom furniture?

The length of time it takes to create a custom piece depends on what you want to get customized. Certain items can take 4-8 weeks. Larger furniture like custom desks and storage may take 12-18 weeks.

During your appointment, we will give you an estimated time of delivery. You'll have plenty of time to set up your home so your custom item is ready to be enjoyed as soon as it arrives.

What if I'm not sure what I want?

We’re here to help you determine every detail of the office furniture you want for your business. Through our conversations, we’ll consider the ideas from your Pinterest boards or other inspiration, as well as your room size and your office's specific needs.

Where do you deliver?

We started as an online company and have a lot of experience shipping all throughout the US. For our larger items, we prefer to deliver only to the lower 48 states; however, we would consider requests for shipping outside the lower 48 states.

Can I get a sample of the finish or wood before placing a full order?

Yes — we offer wood and finish samples, including options that may not be listed online. If you have a specific look or idea in mind, we’ll help you source it. We can even create live edge pieces from wood you already own.

Why do your prices seem higher than most local retail chains?

We believe in the old adage: "You get what you pay for." Each of our pieces, handcrafted from top-quality, solid wood and steel materials by select woodworkers in Ohio, is proof. They are designed and built to heirloom quality and are made to last a lifetime. You won’t find yourself purchasing another table because of a flawed design or shoddy workmanship. Instead, you’ll be able to pass your investment down to the next generation and beyond!
