Rustic Red Door Trade Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and Approval
- The Trade Program is intended for qualified trade professionals, including interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, stagers, and commercial purchasing.
- Approval is at Rustic Red Door’s discretion. We may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Trade Pricing and Benefits
Standard Trade Discount
- Approved trade members receive 15% off eligible purchases.
Annual Volume Tier
- If your approved trade account reaches $20,000+ in cumulative purchases within a 12-month period, you qualify for:
- 20% off eligible purchases, and
- 5% credit toward future purchases.
- Tier benefits apply once the $20,000 threshold is reached and continue for the remainder of the 12-month period.
Important details
- “Annual purchases” are calculated as the total of eligible merchandise purchased under the approved Trade account during the 12-month period.
- Trade discounts apply to eligible merchandise only and typically exclude:
- Gift cards
- Taxes
- Shipping upgrades or special accessorial fees (when applicable)
- Items already discounted or on sale (unless explicitly stated)
- Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases.
- Rustic Red Door may adjust eligibility, tier placement, or benefits if we identify account misuse or incorrect account classification.
Use of Account
- Trade accounts are for business use only and may not be shared outside your firm.
- Rustic Red Door may limit, suspend, or revoke Trade Program access at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Quotes, Custom Work, and Lead Times
- Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material costs, availability, or project scope.
- Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for your order and may have longer lead times.
- Changes to custom orders after approval may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Returns, Cancellations, and Damage Claims
- Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are typically final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
- In-stock returns (if accepted) must be requested within the return window stated on our website and must be in original condition.
- Damage claims must be reported promptly after delivery and supported with photos and packaging documentation.
Resale and Representation
- Trade pricing is intended for your projects and clients. Products may not be resold online, listed on marketplaces, or represented as Rustic Red Door inventory without written approval.
- You may use Rustic Red Door product photos for client proposals and project presentations. Public commercial use (ads, printed catalogs, large campaigns) requires written permission.

- By submitting this application, you agree to receive Trade Program emails from Rustic Red Door, including account updates, product launches, promotions, and trade-only offers.
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting our team.
Privacy
- We use the information you provide to review eligibility, manage your account, and communicate about your trade relationship.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Changes to Terms
- Rustic Red Door may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Trade Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
