After requesting a quote, we'll chat with you about your vision and needs. Feel free to share any inspiration photos. Our furniture designers will make sure the structure is built for durability and longevity.

Wood & Finish Selection

Next, we'll look at wood and finish options that match the aesthetic you're looking for. We'll make sure to keep your needs in mind and make suggestions where needed. Then, the order can be placed.

Crafting & Quality Control

Once your order is in, our handcrafted woodworkers and metal smiths in the Midwest work closely with our team to execute your vision. Our team will keep you up to date on the status of your project.

Delivery & Installation

After about 20 weeks, we will schedule White Glove delivery for your furniture items (and install if applicable). Then, you can see your project come to life in your business!

Absolutely — we encourage it! Our woodworkers and metalsmiths work closely with your vision, and our in-house furniture designer can help translate your drawings or ideas into fully realized, buildable pieces.

Is there a minimum order quantity for commercial pricing?

No minimum is required — commercial pricing is available whether you’re an interior designer furnishing a space, a restaurant ordering multiple tables, or sourcing a single conference table. That said, the more you order, the greater the discount we can provide.

Can I get a sample of the finish or wood before placing a full order?

Yes — we offer wood and finish samples, including options that may not be listed online. If you have a specific look or idea in mind, we’ll help you source it. We can even create live edge pieces from wood you already own.
