This is a starting point, not a spec sheet
We tailor-make each table to your exact specifications — a dramatic live edge or a clean straight edge, in any American hardwood, finished naturally or enhanced with custom epoxy.
It's pictured here with our forged steel loops, but the base is yours to decide too. We'll design and build one tailored entirely to your aesthetic — steel or wood, ours or your own idea.
Choose your epoxy color
Epoxy can flow as a river between two slabs, or quietly fill the natural voids, cracks and knots in a single one. Thirteen colors to start from — and we can match almost anything else.
Table Bases
We fabricate our own steel bases in house and build wooden bases from the same hardwoods as our tops, so the base can be matched to your slab rather than chosen from a catalog. Click any base to see it larger.
Steel Bases →
Cross Tube Base
Sculptural X of square tube — ideal under round tops.
Pedestal
Center column with splayed feet — maximum legroom.
Flare Base
Sweeping curved legs that flare to the floor — a favorite for round tables as well as rectangular.
Twisted Knuckle
Curved arcs joined by a forged center collar.
Forged Loop
Sweeping arcs that curl into a forged loop at the foot.
U Base
Clean industrial lines — a modern rectangular staple.
Golden Gate
Twin sweeping arches on a trestle span — an airy, architectural look with plenty of legroom.
Timber Base
Curved steel paired with a timber block at the joint — typically cut from wood matching your tabletop.
WOODEN BASES
Arch Panel
A curved arch cut through a solid panel — soft and architectural.
Through-Tenon
Twin panels joined by an exposed tenon key. Traditional joinery, on show.
Slab Panel
Full-height solid panels. The heaviest, quietest look we build.
V-Leg Trestle
Splayed legs meeting a low stretcher — open underneath, good for long tops.
How many people will your table seat?
Seating depends on shape as much as size. Use these as a starting point, then leave about 36" of clearance on every side so chairs pull out freely. Every table here can be built to a size that isn't on the list. We build in dining (30"), counter (36") and pub (42") heights — send us your room dimensions and we'll tell you honestly what will fit and still leave walking room.
Rectangular Dining Tables
Adding two 18" extensions provides room for at least two additional guests and may accommodate even more, depending on chair size, desired spacing, and the original seating arrangement.
Round Dining Tables
Square Dining Tables
Chairs built to match
A custom table deserves seating that belongs to it. We build chairs and benches in the same hardwoods, stains and finishes as your top, so the grain and color read as one set rather than two purchases.
Side chairs, armchairs for the ends, upholstered seats, or a bench along one side to seat two more without crowding the room. Tell us your table spec and we'll quote the chairs alongside it.
