Rustic Spring Decor Ideas for Your Home
And just like that... spring has arrived! We're excited to bring you some amazing rustic spring decor ideas that will freshen up your home as we move into the next season. By adding just a few simple decor pieces and nature-inspired elements to your home (like we did with the beautiful Tabernash Reclaimed Wood Dining Table above), you can welcome the spring season, rustic style.
We were inspired to create designs that pair fresh items like florals and greenery with rustic decor elements. Watch the video below to see how we decorated our warehouse for spring and keep reading for specific ideas of how to add touches of spring to your home decor!
Rustic Farmhouse Dining Table
The table is the heart of the home, so we began to decorate with a light and fresh Easter table in mind with rustic accents. We used a neutral color palette on top of our reclaimed barnwood dining table with an ivory lace table runner, white napkins, and plates to achieve that airy feeling.
The centerpiece is blooming with white flowers with rust-colored speckles, which match the planter they are sitting in. The napkins also have a rust-colored windowpane design, creating a rustic connection between the centerpiece and place settings.
To complete the spring table we added distressed candle holders and wooden bunnies on each side of the centerpiece. These rustic elements complement the barnwood table and chairs nicely and deliver a spectacular, rustic farmhouse vibe.
The final touch for the place settings is the cute jute carrot napkin rings. It sits atop the web of ivory lace while complementing the other rust colors throughout the design. Surely a sweet nod to Easter!
For another classic spring table idea, keep it simple by adding a bunch of fresh greenery. We love using this distressed vase on top of a rustic round dining table like this one!
Spring Inspired Buffet
To add touches of springtime to our Pierce Barnwood Buffet, we continued the light and airy vibe with white planters filled with faux greenery. White candles in vintage candlestick holders and copper silverware match the rust-colored dangling cava beads and adds a rustic flair to the buffet.
Spring Mantel and Shelf Decor Ideas
We decorated several mantels and shelves throughout our warehouse to provide plenty of ideas for you to sprinkle into your home. All of the following designs would be perfect for any mantel or shelf location in your home!
This Box Beam Mantel has a rustic vibe with white vases, faux spring greenery, taper candles, and a distressed, glassless pane window frame to complete the spring look.
These live edge wood shelves and mantel deliver a gorgeous spring style with gray candles, flowers, and loose caning wooden bowls.
Finally, for a more rustic farmhouse fireplace mantel idea, we layered a reclaimed wood framed sign and chalkboard with a round woven tray. Beautiful white flowers complete the mantel decorations and bring the spring style to life.
More Spring Decor Ideas
It's easy to add hints of spring to other areas of your home like your entryway with some well-chosen decor pieces. We selected more wooden bunnies and spring greenery to sit atop our reclaimed wood coat rack and bench. We used pink pots inside a metal planter for an even more rustic spring feeling.
Hanging flowers, a beautiful green wreath, and other plants in pots (faux or real!) can be sprinkled throughout the rest of your home to create a subtle spring vibe. It's all about bringing the essence of growth and renewal inside to complement the changing of the seasons. These simple farmhouse decor details will deliver a refreshing vibe to every location in your home!
